The craft

Cassia is a thick stick. Ceylon cinnamon is many paper-thin layers of pale bark, rolled at first light after the peel. That is the spice TMS Agri ships — Alba through H2, cuts and chips — alongside pepper, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, mace and vanilla.

We supply both the local wholesale trade and export buyers. Grades, packing and volumes are quoted on inquiry.
